New factory Mazda OEM radiator support upper tie bar bracket for NA Mazda Miata. This is the metal plate that goes across from frame rail to frame rail behind the front bumper cover. Also known as the radiator support upper plate. There is a difference between 1990-1993 and 1994-1997 in the two side brackets that are spot welded to the upper piece and hold the air conditioning condenser. The 90-93 is a bit wider looking from the side and only has two holes in it. The 94-97 is thinner and has three holes in it. If you use your old metal air conditioning condenser side brackets by spot welding them to the new piece, it appears that the rest of the 90-93 and 94-97 part could be used interchangeably.
