New aftermarket RoadsterSport 4 exhaust muffler for NB Mazda Miata. RoadsterSport 4 muffler is made of 304 stainless steel featuring a Helmholtz main chamber that massively reduces the standing wave "boominess" or drone inside the exhaust. This chamber cuts the 120-130hz frequencies by over 35 decibels inside a Miata with the top up. The muffler also includes removable baffle cone tips which can be used to control of the sound level of the exhaust. The Roadstersport 4 muffler has piping diameter of 2.5" with a double walled exhaust tip. This muffler increases the factory exhaust sound by about 50% without the baffle insert and about 40% with the baffle insert. This exhaust muffler mounts to the flange after the intermediate pipe. Part number 11-1004H. Made in the USA. Fits 1999-2005.
