New aftermarket Cusco LSD Type RS rear differential for Late NA and NB Mazda Miata. This Cusco LSD features high tension chrome molybdenum steel housing and gears. This LSD is a 1.5-way which utilizes coil springs located between the pressure rings to develop initial torque. This differential activates under acceleration while the under-steer under deceleration is less than on a 2 way LSD. This differential is designed for drivers who have difficulty with understeer. Part number LSD 177 L15. Fits 1994-2005.
