This is one of three bolts and nuts that connect one rear upper control arm to the rear subframe and to the top of the rear spindle on one side of the car. Part numbers 9978-01-075 (bolt) and 8871-34-222 (nut). Fits 1990-1997. Sold individually as one bolt and nut.
